The circus is coming to town! Roll up and be a part of the Bucks Scouts Carnival, taking place over the May Bank Holiday weekend. With thrills, games, and more, they’ll be something for everyone; from Squirrels to Explorers (not forgetting leaders!).

Big Fun under
the Big Top!

Step into a world where adventure meets the carnival! Scouts will enjoy a circus-themed weekend packed with hands-on workshops, team challenges, and activities that spark creativity, courage, and friendship. Try your hand at juggling and clowning, take on the high ropes course, or hit the archery range – every day is full of excitement. In the evenings, gather for stories, music, and surprises, and make memories that will last a lifetime under the big top!

How to sign up

Roll up to the carnival!

Complete the online form

Hit the button below and you’ll be taken to our sign up form, where you can register your section. Please note that it is one registration per section and each section must use a different email address.

add your participants

Add participants either manually in the system you’ll be directed to, or via OSM. Click the OSM logo and follow the instructions. If you have an event in OSM with a matching name, it should link automatically.

Data sync

Take a breather! After adding and linking your participants, your data will sync automatically overnight. You can also choose to manually sync if necessary.

Review attendance

After completing the data synchronisation, double-check your participants list to ensure all information is correct. If you run into any issues, you can contact the County team.
